These process flows were developed to facilitate discussions between IA and tech, both middleware and backend. Due to backend system constraints, it was necessary to illustrate and call out middleware calls for data transfer and storage. It was a helpful visual tool for both groups as they were based on different coasts and could not have daily or weekly face to face meetings.
